[AMBER] Problem with MMPBSA.py

I cant run MMPBSA.py

source /users/cclemente/amber20_src/amber.s
export AMBERHOME=/users/name/amber_src

AMBERHOME/AmberTools/src/mmpbsa_py/MMPBSA.py .....

The error is :

ImportError: Could not import Amber Python modules. Please make sure you
have sourced /users/cclemente/amber20_src/amber.sh (if you are using
sh/ksh/bash/zsh) or /users/cclemente/amber20_src/amber.csh (if you are
using csh/tcsh)

Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Is it a python library error?
my python location is /usr/bin/python3
