Hello,

Can you try:

./configure --with-python /usr/bin/python3 gnu

please?

Thanks,

Gerald.

P.S.: with the miniconda installation, when I apply the fix:

/bin/rm $AMBERHOME/miniconda/compiler_compat/ld
ln -s /usr/bin/ld $AMBERHOME/miniconda/compiler_compat/ld

then the problem you have is solved. Are you sure that if you do `ls -l
miniconda/compiler_compat/ld` you get something like
`miniconda/compiler_compat/ld -> /usr/bin/ld`
