[AMBER] mac hangs when compile ambertools15 on El capitan

Hi Amber users

I tried to compile ambertools15 on my MBP with OS X El Caption. I followed Jason's instructions and installed gcc49 using macport. After I type "configure -macAccelerate gnu", the configuration hangs at
"Checking NetCDF
   Using bundled NetCDF library.
   Starting NetCDF build.
  Configuring NetCDF C interface (may be time-consuming)...
"
If I go to the src directory, there is a file netcdf_config.log. the last line is:
"checking whether make sets $(MAKE)..."


Any ideas?
