Hello,
I am a new Amber users and I am trying to use Amber and Amoeba force
field to study a simply solution of different sodium salt. I have same
problem to create the initial configuration and topology.
I am using sleap and I have used the following line commands
>source leaprc.amoeba
>loadoff ions08.lib
and I have loaded the force field from amoeba.prm instead of
amoebapro.prm because in amoebapro.prm ions like I-, Br- are not defined.
When I digit
>loadamoebaparams amoeba.prm
I have the following error
read amoeba torsion
Error: can not get bond for the given two atoms: 26 28
I have tried to change the force field, also removing some part,
without any success.
