I am now looking at this tutorial:

I tried doing this, but kind of modified one step. The step where they use
an mc file as the input, I was just skipping that mc file part and running.
And probably why the problem persisted.

Is this tutorial the correct one that would work for parameter generation
of non canonicals?


Also, one quick question to the community:

I may have Gromacs files from a previous work for these residues. Is there
a way to convert them into Amber format? That'd make my life easier.
