Dear amber users,
I want to count the number of ions around an atom of the dna, present
within a cutoff region. I am doing this by writing a vmd script but it is
time consuming. Is there any way in cpptraj to do the same ?
suppose I want to count the number of Na+ ions around the N7 of guanine,
within 8 angstrom .
