[AMBER] lipid modification to a nucleic acid base

Hi Amber Community!

I want to create a custom DNA base/residue with a lipid tail modification.
I don't have a crystal structure to start with. Is there an easy way to do
this with an AMBER tool, perhaps using NAB?
