[AMBER] Non periodic system in Amber

Hi,
I am trying to implement non periodic boundary conditions in Amber. In my simulation I want to implement periodic system in two direction (say x, y) and non-periodic in third direction. I did find "ntb=0" command in amber manual but it switch off periodicity in all three directions. Is there any method in Amber to implement non periodicity in particular direction?
