Dear All,
I just tried to install ambertools via the run_cmake option using "module
load cmake" option but I'm getting the following error message in the
configuration step.
Can you please suggest how to fix this?
I'm trying to have a local user-specific installation on a cluster so that
I can use the parallel version of sander.MPI and pmemd.MPI.

(sorry if you got a copy of this message, reposted as new thread with an
appropriate subject)
Thank you and best regards
