Dear Prof,
Thank you once again. I tried once more by blocking all lines with
packmol-memgen. I am attaching my make file from Amberools/src. Now the
error is different

I hope some solution will be found soon.

I commented out the packmol-memgen in the Makefile-outer in the main or
outer amber folder also. attaching that file too.
