[AMBER] Mutate double stranded DNA?

Friends,

I'm looking for a tool that allows me to, starting from a PDB file with a double-strand DNA on it, mutate some nucleic acids but keeping the original backbone. Extra points if it can automatically apply the complementary mutations on the second strand.

Does anyone know of such a tool?
