[AMBER] CUDE upgrade question and AMBER

Hello
I am running AMBER16 on a Ubuntu 16.04. I am running on CUDA 10.0 with a driver version: 415.27. Someone did compile AMBER16 with this set-up. However, I need to upgrade my CUDA to 10.1 and my driver version to 418.39. My question is, will I have to re-compile AMBER16?
