[AMBER] Problem with PB calculation

Good morning everyone,


I’m trying to perform PB calculation with MMPBSA, but it gives me this error:


TypeError: a bytes-like object is required, not 'str'


I tried create again prmtop files with ante-MMPBSA but the problem still remains. Do you have any suggestions?
