Hi dear all.
I have installed amber14 with GPU code. I have installed serial amber14
with AmberTools15 successfully and also CUDA version. When installation is
complete, I get the message: Amber14 CUDA version is completed. It seems
looks well, but when I run pmemd.cuda, I get this advertisement:
cudaGetDeviceCount failed CUDA driver version is insufficient for CUDA
runtime version
I have checked cuda libs and they are in /usr/local/cuda-7.5/lib64 and it
seems is ok.
could somebody help me please?
