Hello there,
I am running into trouble (re) installing Amber16 on a iMac running OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra), using Xcode 10.1.
I am starting from Amber16.tar.bz2 and AmberTools16.tar.bz2.
The ./configure gnu completes without errors.
Then, the make install script runs quite OK, until:
aits<char>, std::__1::allocator<char> > in libemil.a(setup.o)
ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture x86_64
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [/Users/erpz/AMBER_DIR/amber16/bin/sander] Error 1
make[1]: *** [serial] Error 2
make: *** [install] Error 2
I really do not want to change to OS 10.14, because that messes up all of the library and compiler locations, that I use for my own source code development.
Anyone out there who can help?
