hi
I use this command
antechamber -i name.pdb -fi pdb -o name.com -fo gcart for creation of .com
file but i am facing this error
/home/rehan/Downloads/amber16/bin/to_be_dispatched/antechamber: Fatal Error!
Unknown output file format (gcart).
I tried to follow the David Case instruction from this link
