My Guesses:

1) You have not applied all the bugfixes to AMBER 16.

2) You are potentially using AMBER 14 and not AMBER 16.

3) You are using CUDA 7.5 rather than 8.0. 8.0 is required for Pascal (AKA GTX1080) GPUs.
