The "minus sign" in front of the "26992" value is incorrect. It is "−" but
it should be "-" (i.e. should be the character that is to upper right of
"p", at least on US keyboards.
Make sure to use a plain text editor to create your input files. Don't
copy and paste from a word-processing program (or other program that does
not exclusively use plain text).
