i didn' think that was necessary (amber tools 15 that is).
i upgraded here (on expresso) but i get other errors in the tests that i
haven't figured out
i think when you ask for the upgrades it may bring down the ambertools 15
and the needed stuff for the pmemd.cuda under cuda 7.0? (not sure just
guessing)
