[AMBER] amber14 gpu webpage lists cuda 7.0 as supported

I noted that cuda 7.0 was listed as supported now on the amber14 gpu
webpage.

"New in AMBER 14
9. Support for CUDA 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5 and 7.0"

However, when attempting to compile amber14 I'm getting an error message,
even after patching occurs:

Error: Unsupported CUDA version 7.0 detected.
AMBER requires CUDA version == 5.0 .or. 5.5 .or. 6.0 .or. 6.5

Now I am still using AmberTool14, should I update to AmberTool15? That
isn't specified as necessary from what I've read so far. The installed
cuda-7.0 works fine, the Geforce GTX 780's are detected and produce a pass
with deviceQuery/bandwidthTest.

Sincerely,
Dow
