Dear Sir,
We have bought Amber14 recently and met problems with installation in parallel on CentOS 5.4 with gcc-4.9.1. According to Amber14 reference manual, we have implemented the following steps and error occurred in step 12:
1. [lidl.HPC ~]$ cd /home/lidl/opt
2. [lidl.HPC opt]$ tar xvfj AmberTools14.tar.bz2
[lidl.HPC opt]$ tar xvfj Amber14.tar.bz2
3. [lidl.HPC opt]$ export AMBERHOME=/home/lidl/opt/amber14 # (bash was used.)
4. [lidl.HPC opt]$ cd $AMBERHOME
[lidl.HPC amber14]$ ./configure gnu
5. [lidl.HPC amber14]$ source /home/lidl/opt/amber14/amber.sh
6. [lidl.HPC amber14]$ make install
7. [lidl.HPC amber14]$ make test #(2014-12-01_11-07-58.diff and 2014-12-01_11-07-58.log saved in test_amber_serial directory and 2014-12-01_09-39-20.log and at_summary saved in test_at_serial directory were uploaded seperately as email attachments.)
8. Mpich2 has been installed in root account. We have made sure that mpirun and mpiexec packages come from the same place as mpif90 and mpicc. ¡°mpif90 ¨Cshow¡± and ¡°mpicc -show¡± commands are shown as follows:
