Dear Sir,
I just installed Ubuntu 14.04 LTS in my desktop. I am using NVIDIA GEFORCE
GT 640 model graphic card.
I have installed the NVIDIA driver (nvidia-340.58) and CUDA (cuda-6.5)
successfully.
Then I compiled *amber-12* CPU version (pmemd) without any problem. But
when I try to compile GPU version (pmemd.cuda) there I got information
that the amber only could support cuda 4.0, 5.0 and 5.5.
Well, is there any possibility to install amber-12 in cuda-6.5?
