[AMBER] request for help in plotting distance matrix plot

Dear all,
i am calculating map of average distance for 438 Oxygen atoms and i give
the command matrix and got a output file dismat.dat which is a matrix
file. Now i want to plot it. So please help in this regard that how can i
plot it and which freely available software can be used for this plot.
