Hello, I was doing this tutorial "

running sander, seems like it is not installed. I installed AmberTools12.
I tried the command "$AMBERHOME/bin/sander -i polyAT_vac_init_min.in -o
polyAT_vac_init_min.out -c polyAT_vac.inpcrd -p polyAT_vac.prmtop -r
polyAT_vac_init_min.rst"
and got this error "bash: /home/jonathan/Programs/amber12/bin/sander: No
such file or directory"
any idea why it was not installed?
