Antonio,

the filter makes sense, since you for sure do not want to bother the
mailboxes of all mailing list subscribers with large (media) files.

Just upload your video to one of the numerous share hosters and then
share the link with whoever you think should see your video. Note that
if not encoded with care, the video might not play on the system of the
person you made it for.

Normally it's best and enough to describe an error with words.
