Dear Sir

Yes, there is no such directory of file bin/xaLeap.

when we configured ambertools1.5/src

./configure gnu
it seems all things fine except following error....

Checking for zlib: testp.c:2:18: fatal error: zlib.h: No such file or
directory

compilation terminated.

./configure: line 1611: ./testp: No such file or directory

Not found.

Checking for libbz2: testp.c:2:19: fatal error: bzlib.h: No such file or
directory

compilation terminated.

./configure: line 1641: ./testp: No such file or directory

is this an error?

another thing want to ask you..

When typed *tleap* in the terminal

It showing the path..

I: Adding /home/subrata/AMBER/amber10/dat/leap/prep to search path.
-I: Adding /home/subrata/AMBER/amber10/dat/leap/lib to search path.
-I: Adding /home/subrata/AMBER/amber10/dat/leap/parm to search path.
-I: Adding /home/subrata/AMBER/amber10/dat/leap/cmd to search path.

It shows the path amber10 not amber11/ambertools/

is ambertools1.5 installed properly in the path?

Thanking You
