Hi Gustavo,
We were getting there on getting the whole of AMBER and AMBERTools compiled
on Blue Waters at NCSA although it is quite a lot of pain. We basically gave
up when IBM pulled the plug on the BlueWaters project. I'll see if I can dig
up the notes to send you.
