Dear Friends,
I am new to the AMBER family. I was installing AMBER tools before installing AMBER 11 as per the instruction. I want to install it for serial computation instead of parallel computation.
During running the ./configure i got the following options:
As most of them are for parallel computing, please let me know which one to chose
