Hi all,
I am getting this error after reinstalling nab in serial (fixed another
problem I was having)
I typed Make install and got this:
]$ make install
/bin/bash setup.sh
Python version 2 detected. No file conversion necessary.
/bin/cp MMPBSA.py *pyc /array2/programs/amber11_20100607/bin
/array2/programs/amber11_20100607/bin/nab -o mmpbsa_py_nabnmode
mmpbsa_entropy.nab
/bin/mv mmpbsa_py_nabnmode /array2/programs/amber11_20100607/bin
and then tried to run the script.
$ MMPBSA.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/array2/programs/amber11_20100607/exe/MMPBSA.py", line 629, in ?
utils.gbmdin(INPUT) # create our own
File "/array2/programs/amber11_20100607/bin/utils.py", line 329, in gbmdin
mdin.write(
AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'format'
Any Ideas?
