Amber Users and Developers,
I'm using a Cygwin environment on a Windows machine and have (apparently) configured and installed AmberTools-1.4 in serial, successfully. However, when I tried to run the serial tests, I got the messages below:

Test log file saved as logs/test_at_serial/2010-05-31_08-31-05.log
No test diffs to save!
After rebooting and trying again with the same result, I found no reference to such behavior in the Archives. I've checked that both 'tee' and 'sh' are in /usr/bin (they are). I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions or comments.
