Hi,
Is there any way to distinguish between the K+ ions already present in the
original pdb file and the K+ ions provided by AMBER for neutralization?
The original pdb file had K+ ions in residue no. 24 & 25, so will they have
the same residue numbering after final production run?
The two files are attached herewith.
