In AmberTools 1.3 and later, antechamber automatically calls sqm to do the
quantum calculations for the charge derivation (and it would minimize
first). Antechamber in AmberTools 1.2 and earlier called mopac, though you
could switch to divcon if you wanted (though this was not the default
behavior).
