Hello,
I have put both " Amber10.tar.bz2 and AmberTools-1.3.tar.bz2" in same directory
as "/home/nicee". then i have extracted both the files in same location, i.e,
/home/nicee and i got amber10 and amber11. then i installed then i install the
ambertools in amber11/src and make test, all passed.then i install the amber10
using ifort by changing directory as cd amber10/src and tried to compile it but
i got following error:
Configuring netcdf; (may be time-consuming)
./configure_amber: line 1211: cd: netcdf/src: No such file or directory
netcdf configure returned 1
NETCDF configure failed! Check the netcdf_config.log file
