This is pretty odd (more usual would be something like
/home/<yourname>/amber11), but should be OK. Did you do this *before*
compiling the codes?

What does the command "which nab" return? Are you sure you have removed
the earlier installation? Is it possible that you could be running an old
version of nab by mistake?

The fact that there is nothing before the "/bin/ucpp" is fixed at compile
time. Please be sure the AMBERHOME is correctly set before you run the
configure script. If you still have problems, please post section (1)
of your config.h file. Or, examine the output of "strings nab.exe".
