I used:
export AMBERHOME=/cygdrive/c/cygwin/home/amber11
I did cd: $AMBERHOME and it bring me to the right directory.
I don't see setting PATH in the instruction for installing Amber11, but it
was in the Manual of NAB-5.1.2. So I tried to set PATH too by:
export PATH=$PATH:$AMBERHOME/bin
hash -r
However, the same problem won't go. I really need help at this point. Thank
you very much!
