Hi, all
I run MD for RNA.I want to draw the plot of its major groove width versus time. Curves can only calculate one spot for it. If I want to make the time picture, I have to run MD in short time and calculate one spot for it, then take all spot with time.
I think we should have better method for it. Could anyone give one advice?
