My pH is 6.7 and the ligand (phosphorylated-THR-PRO motif) will bind to the
receptor site (WW domain), so i guess the p-THR would be doubly charge? I
am doing it now with singly charge at the moment. Please provide me with
more references if you have one. Thanks.
