Please try out the attached patch file on
$AMBERHOME/src/antechamber/parmchk.c. It looks to me that this fix (from
Junmei Wang) should fix the problem with FRH.mol2 -- at least, it does on
my compiler!
If it seems to work, I'll post this as a bugfix on the web site.
