about plevel in sander 6

i found that there is a card called plevel in sander 6. when i set it as

plevel=1, i will get runmd parallelization without EKCMR; but when
plevel=2, it will be runmd parallelization with EKCMR

i'm wondering what that means... thanks a lot... frank
