If you want both codes, you need to build in both src directories: Here
is what the Manual says: "In the past, AmberTools and Amber resided in
the same folder, and were compiled together. Starting in 2025, Amber and
AmberTools are separate releases, residing in different folders. Each can be
compiled on its own, without the other."
I agree that there is a capitalized "OR" at the beginning of section 2.1.
I'll try to reword that better.
