Hello Everyone!
1)
I am trying to install AmberTools25 + Amber24, but I am a bit confused with the new setup and structure of the software programs.
Before, I was able to unpack both into just the directories
amber24_src
amber24
But now Amber24 extracts to
pmemd24_src
pmemd24
while AmberTools extracts to
ambertools25_src
ambertools25
with each having their own amber.sh file. Should I just keep the directories separated like that and install via ./run_cmake in both src dirs? The manual just talks about doing one or the other
2)
Is it known if Amber is compatible with H200 GPUs? I see no reason why not, but I only saw people running it on H100's
