I'm running out of ideas here, so hope the python gurus can weigh in.
One final question: what is the result of 'python --version'. If the python
in /home/sayan/miniconda3/bin is not version 3.12, that could conflict with
the python modules loaded in $AMBERHOME/lib/python3.12.
Also: look at the cmake log, and the output from "make install" to see if
there are any references to python that provide clues.
