[AMBER] How I can Remove dna form .rst files

Dear Amber Users

I have rst files which I prepared from pdb files. My pdb file has
DNA-protein and nucleotide probe

Now I want to remove the DNA from rst files. Is it possible to remove the
DNA from rst files. Please guide thanks
