*Try one more thing:** ls -l /home/pbarletta/amber20//bin/amber.pip:*
/home/pbarletta/amber20//bin/amber.pip ->
/home/pbarletta/amber20/miniconda/bin/pip
in red, and when I go to /home/pbarletta/amber20/miniconda/bin, there's no
*pip* executable there.
The *FixCondaShebang/FixCondaShebang.cmake* error shows up at line 26, so
the following lines are never reached.
The broken symlink is created on lines 116-118 of *cmake_install.cmake*. If
I comment out those lines, the installation seems to work fine and even
python tools like *pdb4amber* seem to work, although of course I have no
idea what I'm doing.
