Hi Expert,
I'm currently trying to build a forcefield for a glycolipid molecule, which consists of the sugar head and alkyl chain. I am trying to use GLYCAM forcefield, but GLYCAM does not have CT atomtype which is the atomtype for the alkyl chain. So how can I generate the forcefield information for the alkyl chain?
