you're right, you have "FC" in your restraint file instead of a number.
you'll need to fix the script that makes the restraint input.
unfortunately I'm not able to help you debug that script now, perhaps
others on here can (or search online, this isn't Amber code so you should
be able to find info elsewhere too)
