[AMBER] pymsmt.exp.pymsmtError: MOL is required in naa_mol2files but not provided.

Hello,

I tried using the first step of the MSCP.py program and I get an error message:

pymsmt.exp.pymsmtError: MOL is required in naa_mol2files but not provided.

I have checked my files and it looks all the information are given in naa_mol2files.

Any help I could get would be appreciated
