[AMBER] Help for building cross linking polymer using graphic antechamber

Hi all,

I am trying to build a cross-linking polymer of lignin ( attached is the
.jpg file) using a graphic antechamber. However, I was able to draw the
molecule inside the JSME molecule editor. If the chain is longer than this,
then how to draw that?


Could you please share if there are any other commands of generating PDB
files, please let me know.

After that I need to load it in xleap to perform the simulation.
