Hi
-bash: /var/spool/PBS/mom_priv/jobs/2891383.sched01.SC
<http://2891383.sched01.sc/>: /bin/bash^M: bad
interpreter: No such file or directory
This error is not related to AMBER. Perhaps, you edited your pbs script
with windows notepad or wordpad.
Please rewrite or ask your admin to provide you a new pbs script.
Best Regards
Elvis
