Dear AMBER users,
I am not able to run PARTIAL MINIMIZATION STEP in AMBER 14 and AMBER 18. It
is giving the following error. I keep all the necessary files (*.crd,
.top, .in*, .pbs) in my working directory and I also attached those files
in the attachment for your kind attention. I request you to kindly help me
to fix this error.
Error:
-bash: /var/spool/PBS/mom_priv/jobs/2891383.sched01.SC: /bin/bash^M: bad
interpreter: No such file or directory
